- Standard Shipping: FREE, delivered in 6-10 business days
- - Priority Shipping: €3, delivered in 5-8 business days
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our "Track your order" page.
Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, order by 6 December (Standard) or 10 December (Priority).
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier or customs delays can occasionally happen, especially during the holiday season. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at averiqa@outlook.com and we'll help right away.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
